Use Hair Products

One of the best things you can do to help your curls is to use the right products. When you apply styling products to your hair and your extensions they will last longer. Our favorite way to keep our curls intact is to first, use our a heat protectant to protect your hair from damage and then add dry shampoo to give your hair texture. By adding texture to your hair, it will allow the curls something to hold on to.

Use The Right Hot Tools

Not all hot tools are created equal. If you’re you find yourself using the classic excuse of “my hair just won’t hold a curl,” you’re probably not using the right hot tools. Higher-end hot tools heat up better so you can apply heat for a shorter period of time – causing less damage! We recommend setting your hot tools between 300-350 F.

Let Your Curls Chill

After you’ve curled your hair it’s important to let them cool down before touching or brushing them out. When you let your curls cool down, you’re allowing the cuticle to close and set in place. This will allow your curls to last all day!
