Below is a step-by-step guide on how to achieve this look:

Start with clean skin and hair.

Begin by putting on foundation and filling in brows as you would normally.

Apply eyeshadow primer for a longer lasting look.

Apply bright pink eyeshadow to your eyelid crease.

Contour your face using your chosen accent colors.

Apply highlight and glitter for extra shine and sparkle.

Add false lashes and lipstick. (Tip: add a layer of glitter over your lips for extra sparkle.)
