If you or someone you know has a passion to lead, educate and help others become “successful salon professionals,” please apply for our annual Train the Trainer program in San Diego. To apply you must meet the following:
- Currently be a certified easihair pro salon professional
- Have completed 10 or more applications of ©easihair pro tape-in extensions
- Possess a passion for sales and helping others succeed
- Have a magnetic personality and a desire to teach, speak and train
- Be coachable and teachable
- Have a willingness and desire to travel
- Be willing to attend regional trainings and regular meetings
- Identify with the following core values: Integrity, Customer-Centered Ideology, Committed to Continual Education, Authentic Communication, Passion, FairMindedness, Reliability, Friendly Competitive Nature, Giving Back and Thinking of Others
