How long have you worked for easihair pro?

I got certified in September 2013

How did you get started working here?

Back in December 2016, I went to my boss and told her I needed more! I needed something to help fuel my fire and passion again! I LOVE being a hairstylist but I need to grow more!! She suggested applying to become an educator for ehp! It was exactly what I needed! I believe that it’s a great accomplishment when you have mastered your craft! But when you are able to teach it you learn your craft on a different level and get to impact others lives!

What is your favorite aspect of working at ehp?

I love ehp! I love being able to transform my guest hair! I feel like a fairy godmother for my guest that never thought they could have full long beautiful hair and I can make it happen in an hour or less! And I can custom for each guest needs!

Also since I started with ehp, I have been able to achieve personal and professional goals! Before ehp I working 5 days a week and I am now working 2 days a week and just opened my first salon in April!

Who is your “hair icon?” Can be a celebrity, influencer, etc.

I love Vidal Sassoon! His style and work is a staple in our industry! And will never go out of style!

I also love Matt Swinney with L’anza! He has won a few NAHA awards and his work is interesting and beautiful! He is work is an art piece!

Describe your everyday hair look:

My hairstyle changes with the seasons of my life! But what always sticks with each season is I like a carefree versatile stylish hairstyle that can also be smoothed out and become high fashion and chic! I always have a fashion color in my hair even if it is just a panel. It keeps me in touch with my artistic side! Plus it’s a great conversation starter for me to spread the ehp love!

What are your go-to products for hair care and styling?

My favorite everyday go-to is ehp Rush and Brush and L’anza’s Keratin Healing Oil. Also, I am a hairspray girl!! I can do anything with hairspray!

What hair product can you not live without?

Ehp Rush and brush! I love it so much!! It makes my everyday styling easy and fast while keeping my hair looking fabulous!

What do you do when you’re not working?

I love to spend time with my family. We travel a lot, we love to explore new places! Even if it is just a quick getaway! Being from Colorado we love to go to the mountains to get away. I love going to the hot springs it always helps me re-center and feel refreshed from everyday hustle and bustle!

The animal I most relate to is…

I would say I relate to the white bangle tiger! They are fierce and classy but being black and white make them unique!

The soundtrack to your life…

My soundtrack for my life I would have a mix of different artists! But to name a few I would say:

Juicy by Notorious BIG
This song pumps me up and reminds me of everyone that doubted me on my growth and success. It makes me push myself To do 110% in everything I do.

Walking in Memphis by Marc Cohn (it soulful. It grounds me and reminds me of my dad. Who is my #1 fan)
