When your clients first get their hair extensions, make sure that you walk them through this guide so that they know exactly how they are supposed to take care of their tape in hair extensions.
Using the Right Hair Products
Using the right hair products to prolong the life of the extensions. Make sure that your clients are not using moisturizing shampoos or conditioners as this can make your extensions slip. You need to be careful with oiler products as these are not a good option for the adhesive for the extensions. You should be on the lookout for product bottles that have the words for have the words: moisturizing, hydrating, sleek, intensive therapy or others. When they do condition, the hair should be conditioned from the shaft down and not around the roots.
Be Careful When You Shampoo
When you are shampooing, it is important to be careful around your roots. First of all, you should be using a sulfate-free shampoo such as our easihair pro Hair Extension Shampoo. When you do shampoo, apply from the roots down and do not use any circular motions that would mat or tangle the hair.
Brush, Brush, Brush!
You need to brush your hair three times a day with the easihair pro Wet/Dry Detangling Brush. Before you get into the shower, it is important to brush to make sure that it doesn’t tangle in the shower. After Shower Care

Trying to color the extensions on your own could damage the color and quality of the adhesive.
